VAUGHAN - Three teens have been charged with second-degree murder following the fatal shooting of a man outside a bar in Vaughan on Friday evening. York Regional Police were called to a plaza located at 3850 Steeles Ave., W. near Hwy. 400, at around 8 p.m. after reports of gunfire. (Canoe.com)
