TORONTO - A man was shot to death outside a night club in downtown Toronto overnight Friday, according to police. Officers were called to an address near the corner of Queen Street E. and Parliament Street shortly after 1:50 a.m. for multiple reports of gunfire. (CBC)

JEFFERSONTOWN - At least two people have been killed in a shooting at a supermarket in Kentucky. A reporter for WDRB News said she spoke to a witness of the shooting in Jeffersontown, who said a woman was killed by gunfire at a local Kroger outlet. Local police reported multiple injuries, although the total number of victims is unknown.
