Angry Eagles fan attacks girlfriend after loss, puts dog in microwave, police say

Upset about the Philadelphia Eagles playoff loss on Sunday, a 31-year-old woman attacked her girlfriend inside their room at the Best Western hotel in Hanover Township, Northampton County, and placed the girlfriend’s dog inside a microwave, according to court records. (The Morning Call)

NYPD releases pics, video of Brooklyn Bridge attack suspect

The NYPD has released photos and video footage of the suspect caught clubbing cops with a cane on the Brooklyn Bridge, including the city’s top uniformed cop. The unidentified man, seen wearing tan pants, a purple shirt and a red bandanna over his face, is seen in photographs climbing a railing during a protest on the bridge Wednesday morning and is seen on the newly released video fleeing the scene. Manhunt continues in Nova Scotia for man who stabbed officer

BRIDGEWATER, N.S.- The hunt continues in Nova Scotia for a suspect accused of attempting to murder a police officer by stabbing him in the neck. Tobias Charles Doucette is also accused of assaulting a woman and stabbing a police dog with a stick. (CP24)
