This is the crap that is destroying sociaty..a couple friends go padling and one friend dies..now what if it was the deceased fault the canoe sank.. what if toxoligy showed his levels higher than the accused.. its time these money grubbing lawyers…..yes and judges…. quit putting this crap out there for the common to digust and form the opinion that we should think like this and ruin a mans life for a simple accident probably not his fault… time to make the court system come back to reality
