A 24-year-old man suspected of planting a parcel bomb in the centre of the French city of Lyon on Friday afternoon has been arrested along with his parents and another relative, the Paris prosecutor said on Monday. French judicial sources have confirmed the suspect is an Algerian national. (Financial Times)
