It’s clearly a bad sign when the Parole Board had labels you a “high risk to public safety” but must release you nonetheless. Kevin Omar Mohamed will soon be out of prison, freed on mandatory release after serving two-thirds of his four-and-a half-year sentence for participating in the activities of a terror group.
