Mob hit: Cece Luppino gunned down outside parents’ home

HAMILTON – Police are investigating whether ties to traditional organized crime is behind the city’s first murder of the year — 43-year-old Cece Luppino gunned down outside his Mountain Brow home. The Luppino name is notorious in Hamilton.
