Nathan George Rieger, 53, was arrested on August 10 after arranging to meet with whom he believed to be a 15-year-old girl for sex. It was actually a sting operation set up by the Arroyo Grande Police Department. Rieger was taken into custody when he arrived at the set meeting place. (KSBY)
