TORONTO – A man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl in Ontario 10 years ago has been denied parole. The Parole Board of Canada turned down Stanley Tippett’s request for day and full parole after finding he remains an “untreated sexual offender” who continues to deny his offences. (Toronto Sun)
