All released men are now being handled as refugee-claim cases and not as a security concern case.

The Toronto Star reports ten others have been taken out of the public forum as security concerns have been dropped from their cases, but doesn't give names.

TORONTO - Two Pakistani students linked to an alleged terrorist cell in Toronto have been deported for immigration violations after a two-month investigation failed to prove they posed a security risk. (CBC)

Man arrested in TO terror probe granted bail

Student pilot Anwar Mohammed, one of 21 Muslim suspects detained in a Toronto-area terrorism investigation, was granted bail Thursday after a judge found he was not a security threat.  (CTV)

Now 21 suspects in terrorism investigation

TORONTO - Mudassar Awan turned himself in to the RCMP Tuesday afternoon, making him the 21st suspect in an investigation into an alleged al-Qaeda sleeper cell.   (CBC)

TORONTO - Another of the 21 men arrested in August in an immigration sting in Toronto is free.  Mohammed Naeem said he's confident his name will be cleared.   (CBC)

More arrests expected in T.O. anti-terror probe

More arrests appear imminent as investigators widen their counter terrorism sweep in southern Ontario. Nineteen terror suspects faced detention review hearings this week after they were arrested on August 14.
