OTTAWA - OPP have charged the owners of Angry Beaver Bar and Grill with manslaughter after a fatal head on crash in February.  While bar owners David Stoll and Philip Sztejnmiler were not the ones behind the wheel, they are accused of over-serving a patron who was.  Both drivers, Korin Howes, 23, and Shaina Harrison, 23, of Oshawa, were pronounced dead at the scene.  (CTV)

WINNIPEG - On January 4, RCMP were called to a head-on collision near Sanford.  A 64-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while two women, age 20 and 21, died later in hospital.  RCMP said the driver of the Sebring, Clarke Gordon Harding, 31, of Winnipeg has been charged.  (CTV)

WINNIPEG - Shawn Lamb admitted in court he killed Lorna Blacksmith and Carolyn Sinclair.  Prosecutors said Lamb confessed to police in June to beating Sinclair with an axe handle and strangling Blacksmith with a TV cord.  The plea deal to 2 counts of manslaughter would see Lamb get 20 years in prison.  The body of a third woman, Tanya Nepinak, was never found.
