Police identified the victim as Michal Kieda, 67, of

Kimberly Proctor last year have been sentenced to life in prison with no
possibility of parole for 10 years. BC Supreme Court Justice Robert

EDMONTON - A hunt to find one of two men
who disappeared within two days before a bizarre blaze
where investigators found a man's charred remains in a
rural Strathcona County garage continues. Brent Abbott,

EDMONTON - Police in 2010 solved the
highest proportion of homicides in years, but arrested
more of the city's youth in the process. There were 27
homicides in Edmonton over the year and police solved 22
of them, for a clearance rate of 81%. In 2009,
investigators solved 66%, and in 2008, it was 31%.

Daoud’s actions the day she struck and killed Alex
